vxVistA vxCNT Clinical NoteTemplates 02
vxCNTs or Clinical Note Templates are a library of over 250 note writing tools for all types of providers including nurses, social workers, primary care physicians, specialty physicians, therapists, and more. The templates are designed to be user friendly and include graphics that turn points-and-clicks to text, auto-calculating assessments, calculations such as Estimated Date of Delivery based on Last Menstrual Period or Exam/Testing, flow sheets that allow data to be saved and imported into subsequent visits, color and required field warnings. The templates are run directly from the Notes tab of vxCPRS and can be linked to note title for improved compliance with documentation standards. Custom templates can be built to tailor content to each sites need.
